The workstation is really making a difference in my day-to-day pain level. The chair’s tilt, recline, monitor position, and foot rest are all controlled with an Android app on a tablet. When I recline through parts of my afternoon, I notice a big difference in my pain and energy levels when I get done working for the day. It wasn’t unusual for me to walk directly to my bed from my office when I worked at a standard desk. Now, I often have at least a little energy to interact with my husband and kids in the evenings.
