If any questions come up during this process, first browse our extensive Frequently Asked Questions page to see if you can find the answer to your question there.

To get your questions answered, please use the Contact Form (or website chat in the bottom right corner) or call 888-298-2898. We will provide answers to your questions and, if needed, ask you for further information to ensure we fully understand your requirements. To help clarify the best solutions, we may also share additional photos and sketches. Additionally, we are available to join a teleconference or video conference with those involved in the purchase of the zero gravity workstation or chair.

To request a quote, provide your shipping zip code and specify whether the shipping address is commercial or residential. You will need to request a quote from us if you are purchasing a Legacy Product or if you need any major specialized customizations to your workstation.

If you requested a quote from us, you will receive an email containing a written quote that includes a detailed description of the ErgoQuest zero gravity workstation or chair, its price, and the associated shipping cost. If you chose to add our Installation and Setup Service and any accessories, these will also be included in the quote.

If you choose to purchase through the website Store and you are located outside of the continental United States or Alaska, you will receive a separate shipping quote via email after you checkout.

Next, if you received a quote, you will review the quote and address any remaining questions you may have. Once you approve the quote, we will provide a written invoice that includes a secure payment link. You can make your payment using VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX. Alternatively, payments are also accepted by company check or wire transfer.

Please note that if you are located outside of the continental United States or Alaska and choose to purchase your workstation through our website Store, you will receive a separate shipping quote via email after you checkout.

Alternatively, if you are choosing a standard workstation with relatively few or no customizations, paying through the Store is the fastest and easiest way to purchase your workstation. You can also access the Store through our product detail pages. In that case, you’ll instead select your customizations from the available options and then input your address and payment information during checkout.
