ErgoQuest provides a 90-day trial period, allowing customers to return products within this timeframe. If a return is made, customers will receive a refund of the original purchase price, minus shipping costs for both delivery and return, as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Here is the order process in numbered steps:
- The customer first receives a quote for the requested product.
- Upon approval of the quote, ErgoQuest converts it into an invoice and sends an online payment link to the customer via email.
- The customer completes payment securely online using any major credit card.
- ErgoQuest then prepares the product for shipment, which may take between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the specific item ordered.
- Once ready, ErgoQuest ships the product through one of five major freight carriers.
- After delivery, the customer can choose to assemble the product themselves or opt for ErgoQuest’s setup service.
- The customer has a 90-day trial period to evaluate the product.
- If a return is desired within this period, ErgoQuest will provide a quote covering disassembly and pickup services.
- After receiving the returned product at their loading dock, ErgoQuest processes a refund of the original purchase price minus freight costs (both ways), assembly and disassembly fees, and a 10% restocking fee.
