This workstation has allowed me to work without constantly being in pain due to back issues since Jan 2025. It allows so many positions, which is great as my pain moves around. There are a couple of things I'd prefer to be different - for example the monitor arm only tilts, rather than going up and down (unless the cumbersome process of changing the arm on the mast). I also wish the cushions were more sturdy (not harder, just longer lasting). I already have a dip where I usually sit. ErgoQuest was easy to work with; very responsive to any questions or concerns.
