How David Beat Lower Back, Knee, and Foot Pain with a Zero Gravity Workstation 0b-XL
My ErgoQuest workstation is top notch in terms of quality (heavy duty construction, very well-built), comfort (most comfortable seat in the house, could easily sleep in it), adjustability (I have set up several different configurations for different situations), and appearance (an impressive and totally custom looking machine).
I had used a standing desk because of lower back strain (L5 vertebrae) due to sitting all day, then added a treadmill because of resulting foot and leg strain from standing all day, but then that led to other movement issues.
After I bought an ErgoQuest Workstation I was able to work several additional years in total comfort instead of retiring early. Highly recommended, and it easily paid for itself.
