Q: Are all the prices in US dollars?
A: Yes, all of the prices are in USD.
Q: Why do the workstations and chairs cost so much?
A: Building a custom workstation is very labor intensive. We completely fabricate our own parts, which must be welded and then powder-coated. We sew our own chair cushions. Compared to our (very few) competitors, we offer more options, more customization, and higher quality products for an equivalent amount of money — or even less.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: We do not typically offer discounts. Occasionally we may have a seasonal sale.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, direct bank transfers, checks, PayPal, and Affirm. Affirm is an installment payment plan that lets clients split their purchases into monthly payments, often with transparent, fixed interest rates.
Q: Can you tell me more about how Affirm works?
A: Affirm rates are from 0–36% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. CA residents: Loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license. For licenses and disclosures, see affirm.com/licenses. For example, a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR.

Q: What is the minimum amount of money that I'm required to pay upfront?
A: We require a 25% deposit on order and the remainder on completion prior to delivery, but most of our customers pay the full amount when they order.
Q: Can I order if I am tax exempt?
A: Yes, you can order if you are tax exempt. We only collect sales tax from private parties within the State of Michigan. If you are located outside of the State of Michigan, you don't have to pay sales tax. If you're international, you have to pay tax to your government.
Q: How do I get my health insurance (or my employer, or the VA, etc.) to pay for my workstation?

A: We use BorderBuddy for brokerage services. Borderbuddy will set you up with an account and invoice you for any customs fees and taxes due.
