Our Refund Policy
ErgoQuest offers a 30 day trial period during which customers can return a product for a refund of the original purchase price minus the shipping cost (both ways) and a 10% re-stock fee.
Here is the order process in numbered steps:
1. Customer receives a quote for requested product
2. Customer approves the quote
3. ErgoQuest converts the quote to an invoice and emails an online payment link to the customer
4. Customer pays the invoice securely online using any major credit card.
5. ErgoQuest prepares the product for shipment. Product time can take 1-4 weeks depending on the product ordered.
6. ErgoQuest ships the product to the customer using any one of 5 major freight carriers.
7. Customer receives the product and assembles the product himself/herself or uses ErgoQuest's setup Service.
8. Customer has 30 days to try the product
9. If customer decides to return the product, ErgoQuest will provide a quote for product disassembly and pickup
10. After product is received at ErgoQuest 's loading dock, a refund of the original purchase price minus the freight costs (to/from), assembly and disassembly costs, and a 10% restock fee.
