Ergonomic Desk 6
LCD monitors are getting bigger and cheaper, that means more of you are upgrading to really big screens, measuring 24 inches, 30 inches or even bigger. The size of these monitors makes for comfortable viewing, helps you multitask and be more productive. So you might be wondering, Is there an ergonomic desk capable of supporting multiple 30” monitors? Yes. The ERGO DESK 6 is up to the challenge.
The ERGO DESK 6 uses the same unique tubular frame design as the ERGO DESK 5, but stretches it out to accommodate whatever size monitors you are using. For instance, we recently built an ERGO DESK 6 for a computer graphics pro that needed to use three 30 inch monitors while reclining. The desktop we designed for him was 105” wide. We used one of our multi monitor stands to support the monitors and secure them to the tilting monitor platform. Due to the unique frame design, even at 105”, there are no cross-member obstructions beneath the desktop. As with the ERGO DESK 5, the frame also serves as the support structure for our document stands, allowing you to keep important materials close at hand.
The ERGO DESK 6 features a 1.25 inch thick 28 inch deep laminated desktop and can be made as wide as you need it. Used in combination with one of our zero gravity chairs, the ERGO DESK 6 becomes the best solution for overcoming pain while working at oversize monitors.
